You will…

Attend high-level meetings with our CEO and the Directors to support daily operations (e.g. by taking over tasks, creating briefings to our employees).

Managing external relationships with service providers, vendors, landlord and utilities management e.g. contract preparations, renewal, following up ongoing subscriptions
-
Receiving and administering invoices (incoming and outgoing invoices), preparing them for our CEO’s approval and for our external accountant
-
Maintaining regular contact with our external payroll provider and coordinating the monthly payroll process (e.g. providing data to our payroll provider, processing payroll paperwork)

Supporting management in the preparation of employment contracts and amendments thereto, and occasionally dealing with work permits
-
Book and organise business related travels

Support other departments in the execution of events such as team events, social gatherings and team off-sites abroad

Schedule and coordinate functional operating meetings

General office management tasks (stock management, budget, coordinating)

Identify, take on and follow up on ad-hoc business projects

A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Business or equivalent work experience is desirable

At least 2+ years of relevant work experience

Highly proactive, motivated and strong work ethics

Ambitious multi-tasker and a problem solver with exceptional project management skills
-
Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal skills
-
Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian is a must
-
Proficient with all facets of MS Office; in particular, Excel and PowerPoint
